Eider black puffy skirt

Fabulous Eider black down puffy skirt. Size 38. Purchased in Austria. Great for winter walking over lulu tights or if you are conscious of your backside;-) Very warm. Used for hiking but no longer fits. NOTE: item does not stretch but does have adjustable waistline. I LOVE this item!!! Sad to see it go but can’t wait for someone else to enjoy.
