Eileen Fisher black casual skirt with cinchable waist. Stretchy, comfortable material, waist adjustable by two strings in front - black with metal tips. Size women’s small Waist 30” without being cinched Waist to Hem 25” Note: Skirt had some mild damage upon purchase; rather than being sewn the bottom hem appeared to have been fabric glued so that no stitch was visible on front of skirt. However, the hem began to peel away a bit in one spot. The seam was then sewn in place all the way around by a seamstress. In good, gently worn condition! Made in USA.🇺🇸
