I think Vince had a collection a few seasons back that I loved and the blue was called "Atlantic Blue" - this would be about the best description - darker than royal blue but not as dark as navy. Very oversized - I'm a 12-14 on top and I kept going down sizes and the small still seems roomy. Can't beat organic linen.
