very good preloved condition silk blend velvet pull on pants from Eileen Fisher elasticized waist 82% rayon 18% silk Sz L waist 16.5 inches flat, stretches to 22 rise 13 inches inseam approx 29 inches *please note the elasticized band twists on either side of the unelasticized front panel. It is symmetrical so I am unsure if this is a flaw or a function of the pants. Priced to reflect should it be a flaw. It does not impact the function pants and it may be twisted flat.
