Yes - it is new - I never wore it. Only it doesn't have the tags because I planned to wear it. The photos posted are all I have. If you purchase today, I can sent it tomorrow, but if you buy it tomorrow, I won't be able to send it until late in the week. I have it hanging on the back of my closet door for easy access to grab it and put in the post.
