So, chances are no one will have the same skirt as you. lmclm @jaayyg I am so sorry, I thought I responded to this. It is not stretchy at all but does have an elastic waistband. It is not lined but is not see through that I can tell. Elan is a good quality brand so I think it would be good. I hope this helps.
