Elegant, Beaded, silver tone, evening bag

This elegant evening bag was purchased at a church bizarre. I don’t know much about it because the previous owner snipped the tags prior to donating. It looks as though it may at some point have also had a long metal strap which has been lost over the years. I’ve always carried it with the handles. Gorgeous!
