Elegant Black Evening Gown

I purchased this dress a few years ago from Windsor Clothing, hoping I would have just the right event to wear it to. It has sadly never been worn. I would classify it as a bodycon dress (fitted). It is black in color and size medium. The material does have some give (stretch). The straps have an elastic so they can be worn on the shoulder or off shoulder. The length would be midi. I'm 5'4", and it would end in between my mid calf - ankle. Ready to part with it!
