allexandrak @k_elk2 Hi! Thank you so much for asking! The waist is approximately 27 inches (13 1/2 inches laying flat x 2) and the length is approximately 26 inches (from the top of the waist band to the hem). Also to note, the waist band is an elastic band waist, so lots of stretch! Hope this was helpful! Please let me know if you have anymore questions!
