Elegant Black Women's Heels

Vintage style ankle boots. Black leather gives them an elegant look when wearing them with a suit or dress them down with jeans & a white cotton blouse. Gently worn but has 2 very minor scuffs.....please see pictures, as I have made sure to point it out. Also note....these are a 9.5 Narrow.
