Elegant Black and Silver Long Dress

The top is done in a silver lurex and has a plunging neckline with a very intricate and heavy beaded tie. The skirt is black velvet. There is a zipper up the back, a hook at the top. There’s two imperfections. Small hole on chest, and another in the tie, which isn’t noticeable when tied. I kind of want to try and mend it, but I don’t sew and I’m scared to mess it up more. The price reflects this imperfection. Union made in theUS and tagged as a size 10. I think it would fit a size small best.
