Elegant Blue Kids Dress with Floral Embellishments

This is a beautiful powder blue girls/teens dress for special occasions. There is no size listed, but I would say it fits like a size small. The lace up back allows for you to “tailor” it to fit your needs. It is in excellent condition, but I did not a stain in the under layer of the tule (last picture). It is not visible when on, or even on initial inspection. I only noticed it upon close inspection and taking photos. I am hoping there is a girl out there who can enjoy this dress for her graduation, or other special event. Measurements below :). Length of skirt (from waist jewels to bottom): ~17” Width at waist (with back lace up done tight): 11” Armpit to armpit: ~12”
