Elegant Blue Pleated Dress

Stunning blue dress with pleated design. the light straps criss cross in the back for an elegant look. The design color from Cincia is "pool blue". The dress was purchased as a size 20 and altered down slightly. Excess was stitched inside the dress for easy alteration back to original size. Very flowy and flattering on curves.
