Elegant Blue and Silver Pendant Necklace earring set

🦋Behold, this elegant necklace features a stunning blue pendant complemented by silver accents, and pearlescent/clear beads. Very mermaid core, and would look cute surely on the beach with a matching bikini! -the metal is unknown, and is from my Nanas jewlary collection and it’s not my style so I’ll never wear it. This is from about the 90s I believe. -there is some discolouration on the ribbon (see last photo)
