Elegant Blue and Yellow Halter Maxi Dress

This exotic design is great for vacations, summer weddings or just to relax in. It's very flowy and the beading on the halter strap is a nice touch. Has only been worn once but is an older dress. The plastic ties to hang it on are starting to break but the material won't crease if you leave it folded.
