Elegant Cream Ruffle Dress

Vintage butter yellow slip dress with ruffle details and a deep V-neckline. Perfect for any occasion. Sheer soft fabric that its gorgeous with a matching slip or something to contrast. A little history one the designer Leo Chevalier was a pioneering Canadian fashion designer, known for elevating Canadian design in the mid-20th century. His career began in Montreal as a window dresser, leading to his first collection in 1963 and the establishment of his haute couture fashion house in 1967. Chevalier's legacy includes being the first designer to receive the Order of Canada, designing the iconic Air Canada in-flight uniforms in 1972, and being awarded the "Griffe D'or" Prix Hommage in 1992 for his significant contributions to fashion. His designs featured narrow silhouettes, soft fabrics, and were known for sophistication and elegance. The Leo Chevalier brand continues today with a collection of refined menswear.
