Elegant Dark Grey Wool Polka Dot Skirt

This dark grey / purple tone polka dot skirt is pretty perfect. 100% wool and lined. lying flat it measures 15 inches across and about 26.5 in length. I bought this in London years ago at a sample sale. never quite fit, so maybe worn once. it says 38 on the tag, European sizing, so about a six US.
