paris7799 Thank you for your question. Yes, I would say these boots are true to size. I normally wear a size 9 flat heeled boot but since these have a 3 inch heel, the foot is raised and therefore I need a smaller size, so 8.5 is perfect. These boots are a lightweight dress boot and just gorgeous. I hope this helped!
