Elegant Gold and Green Brooch

Estate Jewelry, probably gold plated as it doesn’t tarnish much. Not sure if the green “stone” is real or not. It doesn’t feel cool to the touch and it is too uniform in texture. So it might be made of resin. It is more of a cabachone as it is not faceted. On some of the filigree leave part, at certain angle, it looks more silver than gold.
