Elegant Little Black Dress with Side Cutouts

I unfortunately have never worn this dress. If it weren’t for black being too harsh on me, I would keep this dress forever. Incredibly flattering, elegant and sexy without showing too much. I’m 5’4 and it hit about mid thigh or little below that. Fits true to size. Extremely comfortable.
