Elegant Navy Blue Dress with Embellished Neckline

David’s Bridal Navy Blue fancy dress. This dress has silver bead detail at the neck, crinoline and a partially open back. I really liked the style of the back of this dress. It is missing one of the buttons and half of the bottom snap on the back closure. Not a difficult repair at all. This dress was only worn twice and I received many compliments both times. Could be used for a prom, wedding or any other occasion where you want to feel fancy. Size 10 Waist is 15 inches laying flat
