Elegant Navy Blue Women's Dress

This elegant navy blue dress is perfect for any occasion. Prom, a wedding, a party… this dress will come in handy for all of those events. The material is thick, so it will hold you well and give you comfort. I’ve only worn it once to (my 9th grade prom) ‼️When I bought it the straps were too long so my mom shortened them.. but she didn’t do it in the most professional way 😅, you can see the alteration of the straps in the photos above👆🏼 Material: Unknown, but thick Condition: The dress looks perfect on the outside, but when you look on the inside the straps have been altered and there is a tear where the tag had been… but non of this is visible from the outside.
