Elegant, Open Back, Rare! Alyce Paris Designer Dress sz4 new with tags

Rare, Discontinued!! This beautiful dress has never been worn, it is still brand new with tags on it. Dress is gorgeous and great material, heavy and thick, open back to side. V neck line. I paid over $600. I bought this dress 3 years ago and has been well taken care of. I never got a chance to use it and never exchanged it because I love the dress though I could use it one day.
