Elegant Pink and Black Women's tank, 2000’s vintage vibe

Pink and black tank, the pink design is a velvet material that reflects light which is a super pretty detail! I love this shirt so very much but unfortunately I need to downsize and be realistic about the items that I just don’t reach for anymore :( brand unknown, I purchased from a lady who owns a local vintage store and I cut the tag off because of sensory issues!
