Gorgeous dress! I am usually a size small...34-26-36. Wondering if this would fit? And it's condition...how many times it has been worn?? I am also in Vancouver.

Hi, I just took some measurements for the dress
Pit to pit is 17, so about 34
Waist is 14, about 28
And hip is 18, about 36
I got the dress from turnabout but didn’t get a chance to wear it. It in really good condition.
