Elegant Royal Blue Sleeveless Blouse

Sleeveless blouse in a striking royal blue. Ideal for both casual and semi formal settings. Featuring a cowl neck line, draping fabric that is rouched at one of the side hem more than the other giving a graceful cascading effect to the ‘wrinkles’. This shirt was hand altered to fit a petite form better, courtesy of my mom. This top would be a baggy fit for extra small, loose fitting for size small, and more form fitting for a size medium. The fabric feels like viscose with spandex.
