Elegant Sheer Black Polka Dot Dress

This elegant black dress features a stylish polka dot design on its sheer top layer, with a plain slip dress attached underneath. Cap sleeves, side zip and tie waist, this dress is so beautiful! Worn twice and in 10/10 condition. The tag was cut off because you could see it through the sheer layer so I don’t remember the brand. It was purchased at the Anthropologie store in Las Vegas with another dress listed on my page :)
