Hello!
It is not moissanite. It is a simulated diamond. Completely conflict free and lab created. On the Modern Gents website they say they are ranked 8.5/10 on the Mohs scale (diamond being 10) cubic zirconia is typically an 8, so its better wearing and lasting than the typical "fake diamond" alternative which will scratch and cloud quickly.

@laurahansen64 I also want to say moissanite can have inhumane mining processes, so if you are looking for moissanite be sure to research it before hand- since it's a natural occurring stone.
