Elegant Silver Holder & Glass Serving Bowl

Think it is an antique, I washed it with a silver dolution but would still need more to remove tarnish and shine to new look! Silver or silver plated? Beautiful thick glass serving bowl with silver holding basket. Bowl is thick enough to use in oven and then add to holder and place on table not to burn table - pretty cool! Ornate handles for easy carrying. Perfect for special occasions. Last few pictures are before I cleaned it to show you the difference!
