Elegant Vintage Black Dress

Vintage black dress with low cowl neck, lace underlay and unique gold spaghetti straps that cross and tie in the back. Edges of the skirt have a body that swings as you move. Pictures don't do it justice. Sadly, tags were cut so can't tell you who designed it but it fits small (size 4 if I had to guess). Cherished it for years but sadly no longer fits. Time to pass it on to someone else who will love it.
