Elegant Vintage Blue and Yellow Halter Maxi Dress

This exotic design is great for vacations, summer weddings or just to relax in. It's very flowy and the beading on the halter strap is a nice touch. Has only been worn once but in excellent condition. Plastic ties to hang it on are starting to break.
