Elegant Vintage Hawaiian Beach Dress/Bikini Cover Up

This was owned by a competitive ballroom dancer. Circa 1960s. It flows! Gorgeous tailoring, one of a kind, rare find. Like new. It has a snap closure at the waist and the threaded belt loops are still intact. The fabric is polyester or rayon, the feel is soft. It is pleated for that perfect twirl.
