Elegant White Dress with Crochet Detail

This dress was purchased in Cuba from a local designer. It was worn once for my rehearsal dinner for my wedding. It is in excellent condition but has two spots near the bottom (pictured). Likely easy to have the spots removed if you have the time/right method. There is no size attached but the straps are adjustable and the crochet detail has a tie to make it tighter. I am a size 8 and it fit perfectly. Top to bottom it is 48(ish) inches
