Elegant White Summer Dress

Super cute cottage core/coastal grandma vintage dress. 100% cotton and in great condition. Fabric is a little bit shear. Has belt loops but no belt, which could easily be removed. Very small area of yellowing lace on the front - last picture (almost not notable and could likely be treated with oxyclean).
