Elegant navy waterfall style top

Re-poshed, very good condition sleeveless top, worn once or twice by me since purchased before the pandemic. Light, silk-like polyester fabric. Elegant, dark blue, waterfall folds and unique opening at the bottom (see photos). Can be worn to the office under a blazer or on its own with jeans. Great basic, minimalistic item.
