Will never go out of fashion & can be combined w/a diversity of tops & accessories Outer tiers are a crepe (plissée vertically) Waist plissée horizontally, cannot expand, & attaches wi/ zipper, snap & hook Fully lined Dry clean Crepe frayed on some stitches of the tiers (mended some, the best I could).
