This light and elegant Element Maxi dress is perfect for a summer outing! It's mainly off-white in colour with pops of red, blue, yellow and green in a starburst pattern. It has a little peek-a-boo back and loops to add your own shoulder straps. Worn only a handful of times. I'm 5'8" and it sits just below my ankles without shoes on. Definitely fits smaller than a normal Medium. Fits B Cup or smaller.
