Elephant Ring Expandable Elasticized w/ Rhinestone Eye Metal

Cute ring! This was a gift and I don’t know much about it, it feels like brass but I’m not sure. Appears to have enamelled black detail along with the rhinestone. Tiny details: note the tail, feet and bend in the trunk! Shown with a toonie for size reference.
