Why aren't you taking this issue up with your dry cleaner if you really believe it's the exact same dress? It would be the fault of the dry cleaner for donating it to a thrift store, not the seller for sourcing and selling on the item.

@coco_chinel, I have taken the issue to the dry cleaner who by the way reimbursed me. He did not donate it. The seller also knows that it stolen.
