Elie Tahari black sleeveless high low waterfall peplum tunic top. Such a unique find! High low hemline with a long flowy drop tail hem in back and a peplum-esque higher front. Top is a plush black velvet with a swooping paisley devoré burnout pattern, bottom is a matte silk blend. High crew neckline, no sleeves. Zippered 3/4 down the back. There are string straps on the underside of the shoulders to secure your bra. Colour is black. In EUC, no flaws other than the missing tags. No brand or size tag, but I included a stock photo with tags so you can be sure of the branding. No material tag but this is a rayon and silk blend. See approx measurements: pit to pit is 17 inches, length in the front is 22 inches, 31 inches at the longest point in the back, waist is 14 inches.
