Elie Tahari "Steffy" Top

A black velvet top with sheer sleeves: the chain detail adds just the right amount of elegance! This item came from a "Shadowhunters" TV series wardrobe department sale. As indicated on the inside of the collar, the item was intended for the character "Heidi" (played by actress Tessa Mosey). I am not sure if it was actually worn by the actress or not.
