Elie Tahari green wool floral and ruffle skirt

Super unique skirt by Elie Tahari. The main side is a green tweed with neon green throughout. A green ruffle is visible underneath. I have also worn this inside out with the floral lining and green ruffle on the outside. So really it’s two dresses in one! Zipper at the back. Waist = 33” Length = 18.5” Size 6.
