Eliza J Black Halter Belt Dress

Selling this flattering black dress from Eliza J that has only been worn once! I received so many compliments on this dress at the wedding I wore it to. It’s a size 2 but would fit a size 0-2. It’s tight in the chest. If you are anything larger than a 32B than it probably won’t fit.
