Eliza j navy blue and cream lace overlay dress. midi length with cap sleeves. double layered with a small amount of crinoline at the bottom of the skirt to maintain a little puffiness and give a cute princess look. super flattering and comfortable. there are loops for a belt but did not come with one when I purchased it. could easily be cut off if desired. great condition. size 12.
