Eliza J, Navy/white dress with side gather

Eliza J dress (purchased from The Bay) in excellent condition. Very cute and gets lots of compliments. Hidden back zipper goes all the way down past the waist. Attached waist ties can be tied in the front or back (not removeable). The side is gathered for a flattering look. It feels very silky and falls very well, and is very wrinkle resistant. 🌎 I repurpose packaging when possible
