• new with tags • smoke-free home • absolutely stunning floor length dress with tulle under skirt • skirt / bottom of dress is multi coloured florals, with a belt that can be tied around the waist in a bow • top of dress is sleeveless and navy blue in colour • I love this dress but never had a chance to wear it
