Elizabeth and James tunic style dress

This is a funky tunic dress with a zipper detail along the neckline and at the bottom. The zipper at the bottom is functional allowing you to open it to be wider. It is in a flowy fabric and would look great with a turtle neck and boots. It is in very good condition.
