Elizabeth by Liz Claiborne 2 piece pant vest set Khaki Cotton SZ 18 The pants are, 26" inseam, 14" rise and 20" waist laying flat which also stretches more due to the fact that it has a portion of an elastic waist band with button and zipper. The vest measures; 25" long and 23" pit to pit/waist. There is a button missing on the pant back pocket but there are two extra buttons on the inside of the vest for replacement.
