Elle black/ white polka dot pull on stretch pants skinny ankle mid rise size L

Chic Elle pull on pants with a black and white polka dot design. They are mid rise and fitted through the hips and thighs. They have skinny leg openings. 42% rayon/42% polyester/12% nylon and 4% spandex. These are meant to fit. There are 4 inch slits at the bottom of the legs.
