Ellen Tracy Blue One-Shoulder Top

This top by Ellen Tracy is made of a rayon/spandex blend (95/5) and features a great abstract pattern in blue, black, and white. The top has one thick shoulder strap and one thin adjustable elastic strap and has a very comfortable fit. The thick strap had square metal studs on the front of it but there were pieces missing so I removed them all. There is no damage and there are no issues that would affect wearability. This piece is marked as a size small and measures true to size.
